Our custom-coloured wooden chicken coops are made in the same way as our plastic coops using sheet material. Unlike many other wooden coops made out of short widths of inter-locking wood, our coops have less placed for the dreaded red spider mite to hide. During construction, we hand paint each piece of quality exterior wood with professional grade paint to ensure as long a line outside as possible.

For ease of cleaning and to keep as hygienic as possible, we've made the next boxes out of a quality, British made, recycled plastic. This can all be removed for more comprehensive cleaning if required. 

Both the main roof and nest box roof are reversible if you want to further shake up this custom coop design.

These coops are hand painted and hand assembled out of quality materials here in the UK. They are not the cheapest wooden coops on the market, but hopefully they are the brightest.
